However, shopping for the right kinds of food can be daunting - especially when most supermarkets stock more than 30, 000 items.
Yet every time we race up and down the aisles, we toss the same 10 to 15 foods into out trolley. Which isn’t such a bad thing, as long as you’re taking home the right foods - one that will keep you healthy and can easily cook up into lots of delicious meals.

lean people in general abide by and so should you.
Hence get into a routine to plan your meals. You pick a day, say Saturday to shop for the week. You cook your meals in advance, say two days - maybe a Sunday and a Wednesday. And you cook enough food for two or three days.
In advance - you are ‘preping’ your food for the week.
All you need is a couple of hours on Sunday, figure out your meals and put them together. After than stock them in the fridge or freezer.
If you have the meals prepared, you just basically open the fridge, take them and go.
Preparation is the key - pick a day and really just doing some bulk meal preparation is your best bet.
Even if you’re a busy person, just setting aside a few hours to stock up can make a difference to your eating habits.

Make the effort to eat 3 servings of fruit and 3-5 servings of vegetables per day.
